Ursula was AMAZING! She was patient and calm and walked us through all aspects of the loan process, what our options were, and answered all of our questions - even at odd times of the day. Ok, what can I say about Ursula besides she is the best! 6 years ago she came into my life from a friends recommendation and now I’m proud to call her my friend. She found me the perfect home! Then 6 years later she helped me secure a home improvement loan. She is amazingly attentive, intuitive, professional, and so patient! If you’ve been through the home and loan process you know how stressful it can be, but Ursula alleviates so much of that and talks you through the process effortlessly.
